What's Your Return Policy?

Each Serenity Blanket is made to order so we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the items you received are wrong or damaged. We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Defects or errors on our manufacturers part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply email us at hello@theserenityblanket with a photo of the items in question & we will issue an immediate replacement. We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes or order.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed and placed into our manufacturer's queue immediately. Once our fabrication partner has started the production process, it will not be possible to cancel, so please make sure you've reviewed your order before purchasing.

Can I exchange my blanket for a different size or design?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about the blanket size you should select, please be sure to check our sizing guides as we have one for every blanket listed in our store.

Though rare, it's possible that your order was mislabelled. If that's the case please let us know immediately upon receiving your package at hello@theserenityblanket.com. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item and we will send you a new blanket or issue a refund.
