When will I get my order?
All of our blankets are made to order. Once we receive your order, our production partner will start creating your product. Current production time: 3-4 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
Your Serenity Blanket will ship from our production partner in Detroit, MI.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at email@example.com
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
How do I remove the sticker on my blanket?
Because each blanket is made to order especially for you, our production partner keeps track of individual products via sticker labels. While it may seem hard to remove, we assure you it will come off. In the rare event that the sticker damages your blanket, please email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and it will be replaced immediately.
How do I wash my blanket?
After removing the sticker on the backside of the blanket, wash alone in a standard washing machine on cold with your favorite detergent. Avoid fabric softener. Dry on low heat. You'll love how the sherpa fluffs each time you wash!

Your package will be delivered within two business days after production is complete. *Delivery performed Monday – Friday only and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.*
Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.
For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.
My order should be here by now but I don't have it – what should I do?
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Check in with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
What's Your Return Policy?
Each Serenity Blanket is made to order so we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the items you received are wrong or damaged. We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Defects or errors on our manufacturers part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply email us at hello@theserenityblanket with a photo of the items in question & we will issue an immediate replacement. We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes or order.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are processed immediately and placed into our manufacturer's queue. Once our fabrication partner has started the production process, it will not be possible to cancel, so please make sure you've reviewed your order before purchasing.

Can I exchange my blanket for a different size or design?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about the blanket size you should select, please be sure to check our sizing guides as we have one for every blanket listed in our store.
Though uncommon, it's possible that your order was mislabelled. If that's the case please let us know immediately upon receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item and we will send you a new blanket or issue a refund.
